Three Things Thursday: The Little Things
* My bathtub caddy recently came in and it is a wonderful invention! Nothing is more relaxing than a bubble bath, a glass of wine, a good book and my favorite limelight candle!
* Putting my make-up on in bed. Yea, you may think that's odd... But I don't need a mirror to put my "face" on and it gives me just a few more minutes to snuggle in the warm covers!
* Automatic car washes. I especially like the ones that shoot out the pretty pink, blue, and purple stuff. It's like a rainbow across your car!
Enjoy the little things! Happy Thursday :)

To not becoming part of a Stat!
One of my new year's resolutions was to start blogging more.... I definitely fell short of that resolution, but it's not too late to pick it back up!
Honestly, I haven't felt like blogging. I have been dealing with my crazy emotions as I adjust to being a LEO wife. Everything that has been going on lately has put me a little on edge. It doesn't help that I haven't seen my husband in so long that I feel like I have to take a picture out just to remember what he looks like. I couldn't take the fact that I haven't seen my boo thing in ages that I actually went to Waffle House at 2:30 this morning just so I could spend some time with him. Hey, you do what you gotta do!
T becoming an officer has definitely been the hardest thing that we have had to face in our marriage and in the 7 years that we have been together. Don't get me wrong, I love my husband and am so insanely proud of what he does but it is definitely difficult and challenging. I plan on using my blog as a type of coping mechanism. I don't want us to become a part of the 75% divorce stat among police officers. I don't want our relationship to just survive and get by but I was us to thrive. I have learned that it's not about the quantity of time but the QUALITY of time. Stay tuned for the ups and downs of being a Police Wife!
